A weekly fitness session for all abilities on Friday mornings during term time, including a hiit and running-based workout, all very relaxed with lots of chat and giggles.
It doesn't matter what your aims are, we will be there to offer you a FREE session every week, where you can make new friends, find new running buddies or just get a bit of weekly exercise.
