Fancy joining us for a fun, free, running-based exercise class? We meet every Friday during term-time 8.45am at the Scout Hut end of Castle School.
We run fartlek, efforts, interval, speed-work, hill sessions and many more. All levels and abilities welcome, buggy and toddler friendly, fun, friendly and inclusive group.
