Group Sound Meditation - The Sound of Spring (extra session)

5:15-6:45pm (Additional afternoon session)
Due to increased interest, Craig shall be running a second session in the afternoon. Celebrating the recent Spring Equinox, this session shall focus on change and acceptance. Nature is showing visible changes all around us. Sometimes change can be challenging, and nurturing acceptance during this time shall be most helpful.
This time shall be a true moment to rest, relax and restore - ready for the beautiful road of change ahead. Enjoying the sounds of crystal singing bowls, metal Himalayan singing bowls, the Gong, Chimes, and the Handpan amongst other sonic treats, you are free to drift away to wherever the sound may take you.
Guests are invited to bring their own yoga mat/padded mat to lay on, a favourite throw and perhaps a small cushion for their head. Being as comfortable as possible is the aim.
Eye masks are available to purchase upon booking or in person at the session for £4
Anybody pregnant or with a pacemaker should contact Craig prior to booking.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start time. Late admission is not allowed so as not to disrupt the session.
