After a mass in Wotton on 9th October, there will be a Requiem Mass on 10th October at 11.00am at Christ The King, Thornbury, followed by Burial in Thornbury Cemetery.

Could those attending please arrange to be seated in the Church by 10.45pm (latest), there will be an overspill area in the Parish Hall where the Requiem Mass will be live streamed. Please note that parking in the Church car park will be restricted to Fr George’s immediate family and visiting Clergy; all others attending will need to make alternative parking arrangements. Please remember that there are restrictions on parking in Castle Street between 10.00 – 11.00am.

After the Requiem Mass, there will be a service of Christian burial at the Salvatorian plot in Thornbury Cemetery.

There will be light refreshments in Christ The King Parish Hall after the Requiem and Interment.

All Parishioners and Friends of Father George are warmly invited to either or both of the Masses. The Burial service will be for close family and the Salvatorians only please.

Father George’s immediate family requested that there would be no formal Dress Code, please dress as you feel fit.
