Christ The King Weekend (23rd and 24th November)
Christ The King Church, Thornbury
All Parishioners from both Holy Cross and Christ The
King are invited to come and share in the celebrations which will take place over the weekend of the 23rd and
24th November.
On Saturday 23rd, there will be a Family Quiz starting at 7.00pm in the Main Hall at Porch House. Entrance fee will be £5.00 per team (2-6 people), please bring your own drinks, table snacks will be provided. There will be a music interlude at half time in the quiz by Father George’s brothers which will be well worth listening to.
After the 10.30am Mass on Sunday 24th, there will be a children’s entertainer for our younger Parishioners and a glass of wine and nibbles for those young at heart.
Please make a note of these events in your diary and come along if you can. We very much look forward to seeing you there, particularly those who may be new to our Parish.
