Thornbury Ladies Run Together

Chantry Field

We meet every Friday during term-time 9am and are Covid-secure. All ladies welcome, whatever level of fitness, for a fun and very friendly mix of exercise and chat.

We run fartlek, efforts, interval, speed-work, hill sessions and many more. Just turn up - see you there.
