Craig is a contemporary percussionist, handpan player, and sound therapy practitioner. Drawing on a lifetime of sound and rhythm, his immersive sound meditations (sometimes known as a soundbath) cultivate presence, connection, and rest through deep listening.
Every month, Craig hosts an afternoon session at Turnberrie's Community Centre in Thornbury. These sessions offer a moment of connection, rest, and rebalancing.
Using the sounds of crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, and other sonic treats, you are guided to a meditative, restful state. These sessions are calm, welcoming and aimed at supporting your wellbeing journey. Resonant frequencies of these tools and instruments help release blocks and encourage flow on mental, physical, and emotional levels.
