Winter Slowdown - Group Sound Meditation

As we approach winter, our rhythms change. This session is designed to support your preparation for the winter season ahead. Join this restful session as we enjoy the sounds of singing bowls, the Gong, Chimes, and the Handpan, among other sonic treats. You are free to drift away to wherever the sound may take you.
Guests are invited to bring their own yoga mat / padded mat to lay on, a favourite throw, and perhaps a small cushion for their head. Being as comfortable as possible is the aim.
Eye masks are available to purchase upon booking or in person at the session for £4.
