New Class Timetable: Mindful Movements

Our new group class timetable launches in September with the introduction of two new classes.
Mindful Movements - Starts Tuesday 2nd September 6pm
Take a minute to do something for you, pausing your day to move your body.
We will focus on functional strength, breath work and full body stretches to improve your mind to muscle connection.
Ladies Lifting - Starts Saturday 20th September 9am
Breaking down movements back to the basics of lifting. Practicing compound strength exercises to help build your confidence and form within the gym.
We will be performing moves like deadlifts, squats, lunges, chest press, press ups and many more.
Classes are free for all members and £6 for non-members, and can be booked online by following the link below:
