I am starting box fit classes in Thornbury for adults and the first session is free for first timers! We already have a small, friendly class and are open for newcomers of any ability. The session is currently held outside and with evenings getting longer and warmer it's refreshing to get some fresh air after a long day! The gym isn't for everyone and this is a great way to meet people in Thornbury.
