Summer Solstice Sounds - Group Sound Meditation

As we embrace the expansive energy of summer, this session celebrates the height of growth and vitality. This wild time of year calls us to reconnect with our truest nature, basking in the simple joy of being alive. Just as the trees, flowers, seas, and animals thrive in this season, we too are filled with the abundant energy of the sun, beaming through the rooftop windows to fill our gathering space. This session invites us to tap into that boundless vitality, nurturing our souls and rejuvenating our spirit.
Enjoying the sounds of crystal singing bowls, metal Himalayan singing bowls, the Gong, Chimes, and the Handpan amongst other sonic treats, you are free to drift away to wherever the sound may take you.
It's a chance to reconnect and recentre your mind and body.
Guests are invited to bring their own yoga mat / padded mat to lay on, a favourite throw, and perhaps a small cushion for their head. Being as comfortable as possible is the aim.
Eye masks are available to purchase upon booking or in person at the session for £4.
