Spring Equinox - Group Sound Meditation

In light of the upcoming Spring Equinox, this session celebrates all of the new life that nature is showing us. New beginnings, new intentions, new chapters - together we honour the seeds of intention that we planted in Winter.
Enjoying the sounds of crystal singing bowls, metal Himalayan singing bowls, the Gong, Chimes, and the Handpan amongst other sonic treats, you are free to drift away to wherever the sound may take you.
Guests are invited to bring their own yoga mat / padded mat to lay on, a favourite throw, and perhaps a small cushion for their head. Being as comfortable as possible is the aim.
Eye masks are available to purchase upon booking or in person at the session for £4.
