Love - Group Sound Meditation

Self-love, the love of our planet, this Earth, its animals, the love we have for our partners, our families and friends. This session is themed around the many areas in our lives that we share, express and celebrate love.
Join us for this community moment in sound in Thornbury. Enjoying the sounds of crystal singing bowls, metal Himalayan singing bowls, the Gong, Chimes, and the Handpan amongst other sonic treats, you are free to drift away to wherever the sound may take you.
Guests are invited to bring their own yoga mat / padded mat to lay on, a favourite throw, and perhaps a small cushion for their head. Being as comfortable as possible is the aim.
Eye masks are available to purchase upon booking or in person at the session for £4
