Thornbury Art Club: Monthly Club Night

Our monthly Club Nights when we have a talk/demonstration by a guest artist are on the 4th Tuesday of the month.
This Club Night, Mark Warner will demonstrate the use of tone and colour in the landscape. He will use acrylic paints to create an art piece depicting the Malvern Hills. Mark will show how he builds up layers within a painting. He will give a very informative demo, delivered in a popular and enthusiastic manner. Mark is an experienced practising artist and tutor. He works from his studio in North Shropshire.
We’ll have a short break during the evening for free tea, coffee, and biscuits. This will give us an opportunity to catch up with each other and of course say hello to our visitors. There will also be some time to chat to the artist and ask questions. Don’t miss this fantastic chance to learn, socialise, and enjoy an evening of art, whether you’re just starting out or looking to refine your skills.
