Half Term Gym Sessions for Young People
Elite Fitness Gym
Across the half-term period we will be running several 30-minute group sessions combining fun and fitness for young people aged 9 - 15.
Sessions will run on the following dates:
Wednesday 3rd April - 14.30
Friday 5th April - 14.30
Wednesday 10th April 14.30
Friday 12th April 14.30
Participants will have the chance to try exercises on the mats using the TRX, dumbbells, and kettlebells, as well as using the cardio machines and give boxing and the cardio wall games a go.
The session will be led by one of our personal trainers, who will guide the group round a circuit of exercises with something for everyone.
Classes are FREE for members or £6 per class for non-members, spaces limited.
