Group Sound Meditation - Stepping forward

Falling between two full moons; the Wolf moon of January and the Snow moon of February, this session honours aspects that both moons represent.
Drawing on our inner wisdom and remembering the power we hold inside ourselves, we take a moment to look ahead at the coming spring. We focus on the change, growth and creativity that lays ahead.
Enjoying the sounds of crystal singing bowls, metal Himalayan singing bowls, the Gong, Chimes, and the Handpan amongst other sonic treats, you are free to drift away to wherever the sound may take you.
> Session time Sunday 4th Feb @ 12:45 - 2:15pm.
> Guests are invited to bring their own yoga mat / padded mat to lay on, a favourite throw and perhaps a small cushion for their head. Being as comfortable as possible is the aim.
> Eye masks are available to purchase upon booking or in person at the session for £4
> Anybody pregnant or with a pacemaker should contact Craig prior to booking.
> Late admission is not allowed so as not to disrupt the session.
