St Mary's Church, Thornbury
We are delighted that Steven Kings is our guest artist this month. Steven is well-known to many of us as the conductor of Thornbury Choral Society, but he is very much in demand as a piano soloist, accompanist and chamber musician. He plays regularly in venues around the region. We are delighted that he is coming to St. Mary’s and look forward to what we are sure will be an interesting programme.
We hope you will come along to support this event.
Sunday afternoon concerts take place on the third Sunday in the month at 4.00pm and last approximately an hour. Light refreshments follow.
The performers are drawn from the local area and there are singers, instrumentalists, choirs and instrumental ensembles – something to suit all tastes.
Admission is free, but there is a retiring collection, with all profits going to the Music Fund of St. Mary’s Church.
