Introductory Course for New Runners

We are a friendly local club catering for runners of all abilities: beginners, improvers & competitors.
If you are interested in attending an 8 week course, ‘Introduction to Running’ we are now open for people to register for the next course starting on Wednesday 15th October at 6:45pm for 8 weeks until Wednesday 3rd December at 6:45pm.
We meet at the top of the Thornbury Leisure Centre car park. We aim to run together at a parkrun on Saturday 13th December to celebrate your success.
The whole course costs only £10.
