Group Sound Meditation - The last moon of Winter

With the cold beginning to fade, we note the thawing of the ground beneath us along with the determination of the bulbs that have sat dormant through the cold season, ready to bloom.
It’s a time to be receptive of the light around us while bringing awareness to that light within our emotional and physical body as well.
This session shall focus on that awareness, that celebration, and all that nourishes us as we step closer to the Spring Equinox. Enjoying the sounds of crystal singing bowls, metal Himalayan singing bowls, the Gong, Chimes, and the Handpan amongst other sonic treats, you are free to drift away to wherever the sound may take you.
Guests are invited to bring their own yoga mat/padded mat to lay on, a favourite throw and perhaps a small cushion for their head. Being as comfortable as possible is the aim.
Eye masks are available to purchase upon booking or in person at the session for £4. Anybody pregnant or with a pacemaker should contact Craig prior to booking. Late admission is not allowed so as not to disrupt the session.
