Our Clinical Director Megan will be discussing the hormonal changes that occur during the menopause and the impact this can have on our musculoskeletal system, she will also be discussing ways to mitigate and improve these effects through exercise and nutrition.
Clinical Behavioural Hypnotherapist Penny will be delving into the mental impact that these hormonal changes have, and providing techniques on how to manage these.
