To say that Bill and Dotty liked to get up to mischief would be an understatement. This senior couple love to dress up, smoke pot, pick magic mushrooms and generally cause mayhem.
Everything they do always seems to end with a visit from the Police, Paramedics or Animal Control to the complete dismay of their stressed-out daughter Erica, who is trying desperately to look after them.
