Thornbury and District Produce and Craft Spring Show
Turnberrie's Community Centre, Thornbury
Thornbury Horticultural Society would like to invite you to take part in our Spring Produce and Craft Show: an inspiring event which celebrates the emerging Spring and crafts which may have occupied many during the winter months.
This year we have classes on: Bulbs, Floral Art, Plants, Photography, Cookery, Crafts and newly developed children’s classes. Something for everyone.
Many of you will have attended events held by the society in Thornbury Library, if so, you may have undertaken our children’s Cress Challenge or collected one of our bulb growing kits. Don’t forget to enter these into the show. We look forward to seeing your achievements.
Any community group, faith group, youth group, uniformed organisation, or school are invited to take part in our community class. We look forward to welcoming your contribution.
If you are interested in talking part, you can get schedules from
• Owens’ Florist – The Plain
• Jolie Fleurs – St Marys Way
• Thornbury Library
Show entries need to be submitted to Owens Florist or Jolie Fleurs by Wednesday 13th March 2024. Entries are staged on the morning of the show between 8am and 10am.
The show opens to the public at 1.30pm where you can view the entries, browse the plant stall and enjoy lovely refreshments and cakes. We look forward to welcoming you all as show participants and during the afternoon viewing. Please bring a friend or two.
