As an artist and writer, Jen is fascinated by the innate ability of human beings to be creative.
She has always had two sides to her working life: It used to be painting and her work as an occupational therapist/coach, but these days, it's writing and painting.
Writing and painting both results in creative outputs (if she's lucky) but involve very different types of creativity. She once thought they would easily share a bed, but no, they fight inside of her constantly.
Jen's writing recently includes cosy crime fiction with an artistic twist, but she has also written books about human boredom, human creativity and our innate ability for positive, creative change.
In 2018 Jen won Sky Landscape Artist of the Year and still exhibits widely.
