'Introduction to Yoga' Course
The Chantry, Thornbury
New for January 2023: An 'Introduction to Yoga' Course.
It will start on Thursday 12th January at 7pm at The Chantry, Castle Street, Thornbury. It will run for 6 weeks and each session is 90 minutes.
During the course we look at the history, the philosophy and practice yoga postures (Asanas) and meditation as well.
The course is ideal if you are completely new to yoga, or would like to go deeper than a normal yoga class allows.
The course is £75, and some concessions are available. It's also ideal as a Christmas gift for someone who may be interested; as they will learn things that will change their lives.
