Monthly Soundbath
Court Farm, Almondsbury
A relaxing sound bath and guided visualisation to restore your physical and emotional equilibrium. These are hosted monthly at Court Farm in Almondsbury for a maximum of 12 people per session. The certified sound therapist Rounik Sethi uses voice, a selection of gongs, bowls and instruments whilst you rest in comfortable surroundings.
Sessions cost £22 each and there is a session every month on a Wednesday evening 7:30-9:30pm, including refreshments at the end.
