Come and join us for coffee, cake and discussion around books on wellbeing. Perhaps you are exhausted, tearing your hair out with your children, feeling lonely or just want to make new friends.
We will look at various books to help wellbeing. The books will be provided free of charge and all we ask is you make a voluntary donation towards the running costs if you are able.
