We meet monthly to hear speakers deliver talks covering a range of historical and archaeological topics. The meetings are relaxed, we even have refreshments to enjoy during an interval! The talks, accompanied by PowerPoint slides and the occasional film, cover a very wide range of topics of historical interest.
The speakers are very knowledgeable about their subjects, we often have lecturers from UWE and Bristol University and others who have spent many hours researching their topic. Whoever the speaker is they know what they are talking about!
Our meetings take place on the second Tuesday of the month starting at 7.30pm, and we meet from October through to May. Guests welcome £2.50, or annual membership £10.
