Bloom - Group Sound Meditation

The changes in nature around us become even more visible in May. Mid way between the Pink moon and the Flower moon cycles, this session shall focus on centering ourselves and our inner strength, to accompany our growth during this time.
This time shall be a time to rest, relax and restore together, a nurturing moment. Enjoying the sounds of crystal singing bowls, metal Himalayan singing bowls, the Gong, Chimes, and the Handpan amongst other sonic treats, you are free to drift away to wherever the sound may take you.
Guests are invited to bring their own yoga mat/padded mat to lay on, a favourite throw, and perhaps a small cushion for their head. Being as comfortable as possible is the aim.
Eye masks are available to purchase upon booking or in person at the session for £4.
Anybody pregnant or with a pacemaker should contact Craig before booking.
Latecomers shall not be admitted so as not to disrupt the session.
