A new regular nature-based wellbeing session happening in Thornbury every Monday 10am – 12pm.
An opportunity to learn together about nature, land skills, crafts and wellbeing.
Join our group sessions for:
Mindfulness
Arts and crafts with natural elements
Rural skills
Walking in green spaces
Learning about sustainability
Please bring clothes suitable for the weather of the day (i.e. waterproofs etc.), as the sessions will be taking place outdoors unless the weather is severe.
