A hiit class that is totally doable for all levels. Options to go harder or lower depending on your fitness level. Everyone will improve.
I have designed this as a 6 weeks course, same format each week but varying the exercises to keep it interesting. You will see massive improvements in your strength, coordination and general fitness if you come every week.
Those that want a challenge will be challenged, those coming in a little less fit will be given options and lots of support and encouragement. We will all support each other and you will improve over the 6 weeks no matter where you start from.
Bring friends and family and get fitter together in the fresh air - under a marquee so it goes ahead even if it's pouring with rain!
