It is widely accepted that art can improve our health and wellbeing and there has never been a time when we have needed it more.
In this relaxed and informal workshop, you will experience a mixture of basic drawing skills with simple relaxation techniques and discussion. This session is suitable for all abilities .
You will need pencils / pens / coloured pencils or paint, paper / selection of small objects ( no more than 6 ) and ideally a quiet space!
The session will last approximately 1 hour
The group is limited to 12 people
