Mindful Meditation Online Session
These Mindful Meditation sessions are designed to give you the opportunity to bring some stillness in these unsettling times.
With more people working from home or self-isolating, it is easy to feel isolated.
These meditation sessions will remind you how we are connected and that some things remain stable and unchanging.
The sessions will run for 4 weeks. Each session will be for 1 hour.
Each session will start with a check-in followed by a 20-30 minute meditation.
