Introduction to Mindfulness - 4-Week Online Course
Starting 13th July for 4 Weeks - Every Monday 7-8:30pm
This course is an exploration of our own experience in the NOW.
Participants are also invited to undertake some Mindfulness practice out of class, as this can really help learning through experience. Handouts, and guided Mindfulness recordings will be provided.
Studies have shown Mindfulness to be helpful to people experiencing anxiety and depression. However, if you are currently experiencing acute mental health distress, this may not be the best time for you to learn Mindfulness.

The session will last approximately 90 minutes.
