Dance Movement for Flexibility

Professional dancer and choreographer Isobel Powell will be leading a class focusing on mobility and flexibility using ballet techniques.
We are thrilled to have the wonderful Isobel Powell heading up our next FREE seminar. No more boring stretches or monotonous exercises. Isobel will be demonstrating ballet exercises that can be combined to create a fun and effective programme to help increase mobility and flexibility.
Alongside Isobel, Clinical Lead Guy Oldring will be on hand to explain the joints and muscles that are being used. He will also be giving some information on how this can help reduce injury and keep your joints working well.
This will be an interactive session where you will all be able to do these exercises under the watchful eye of Isobel who can oversee techniques. It will be a fun and energising way to stay active and healthy. Each exercise will have differing degrees of difficulty to make this session accessible for all abilities and fitness levels.
