A four-week course of lively discussion exploring how to make positive change in our lives, and become the people we are longing to be.
Resolve looks at all kinds of resolutions we might make from changing our bodies to changing our relationships with those around us. It draws on experience of leaders in medicine, psychology, sociology and spirituality to help us understand why we make the decisions we do, and how best to begin with change.
