Nicola is a qualified physiotherapist and Certified matwork Pilates instructor with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI).
Pilates is a practice of mind-body exercises designed to improve physical strength, flexibility and posture. Pilates can vary in intensity and can be adapted to your own abilities to ensure from beginner to expert, everyone gains a beneficial workout.

Wednesdays: 6:30-7:20pm – Strength and Relaxation, 7:30–8:20pm – Run Stronger
Sundays: 8:30-9:15pm - Strength and Conditioning (this class runs online)
