Responsible for set up, maintenance and operation, and providing an exceptional food and beverage experience. To assist and serve our members/guests with the requested food and beverage orders, ensuring service excellence and maximisation of each sale opportunity for department and club.
Follow all company policies and procedures e.g. attendance, timekeeping, dress code, name badge, appearance.
Review daily bookings, function sheets and table reservations.
Set up rooms for functions as per the function sheet.
Serve and clear function room as appropriate.
Greet members/guests and offer members/guests menus and inform of specials/menu changes.
Check order and process all orders through the till.
Check orders to ensure complete and correct and meets presentation and quality standards.
Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as requested, adhering to Weights and Measures compliance, utilising appropriate glass for order.
Provide prompt service for every order.
Maintain and follow sanitation and cleaning procedures thoroughly. Keep bar and restaurant service area clean.
Complete opening and closing procedures as per shift.
Knowledge and skill requirements: Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, good time management, organisation and prioritisation skills. Training Provided.
